 dam (University of Edinburgh)\n\nKatie is a Research Fellow in the Global A
 cademy of Agriculture and Food Systems at the University of Edinburgh\, and
  a Knowledge Broker for the Scottish Government’s Centre of Expertise on 
 Animal Disease Outbreaks (EPIC). She works as part of an interdisciplinary 
 team\, including epidemiologists\, social scientists\, economists and mathe
 matical modellers\, to develop and deliver scientific evidence to inform po
 licy decisions around outbreak preparedness and response.\n\nDr Lukas Engel
 mann (University of Edinburgh)\n\nLukas Engelmann is a Chancellor’s Fello
 w and Senior Lecturer in the History and Sociology of Biomedicine at the Un
 iversity of Edinburgh. He leads the Epidemy Lab\, which is concerned with t
 he history and present of epidemiological reasoning in the twentieth centur
 y\, funded by an ERC Starting Grant in 2020. His first book\, Mapping AIDS\
 , was published with Cambridge University Press in 2018 and considers the v
 isual and medical history of AIDS/HIV. He also published a co-authored mono
 graph with Christos Lynteris\, Sulphuric Utopias\, with MIT Press (open acc
 ess) in 2020\, which tells the technological history of fumigation and the 
 political history of maritime sanitation at the turn of the twentieth centu
 ry.\n\nDr Sybil Mohr (University of Glasgow) - Scottish Covid Response Cons
